In the grave yards, 1888-1892.

Consists of articles written by Gustavus A. Hinckley (1822-1905), published in the Barnstable Patriot from 1888 to 1892 titled In The Grave Yards, then clipped and pasted onto notebook pages. The articles include a print of an engraving of an individual grave stone, the inscription and often some accompanying details. There is a surname index to the clippings. This is a photocopy of the original found in the Strurgis Library Archives, MS. 80, the Lothrop Collection Manuscripts.
